About
Hello, I’m Cynthia, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NT) trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London. I integrate personalised, evidence-based nutrition with a focus on digestive issues, stress, anxiety, mood, cognitive function, poor sleep, and women’s health. I offer one-on-one online sessions, emphasising functional medicine concepts to address root causes and achieve long-term health goals. Registered with BANT and CNHC, I stay current through ongoing education and adhere to national standards for nutritional therapy.
My journey into nutrition began over a decade ago when I found myself struggling with exhaustion. Initially, I was told it was stress, but soon I discovered it was perimenopause, quickly followed by menopause. Though I had always been conscious about healthy eating, this experience made me realize I needed to dig deeper to understand what my body truly needed. I’m committed and passionate about helping others do the same so they, too, can feel strong, vibrant, and empowered at every stage of life.
Philosophy
We all have unique genetics, prenatal nutrition, birth experience, childhood environments, health histories, exposure to pathogens and toxins, diets, sleep patterns, nutrient intake and lifestyles.
Consequently, a one formula does not fit all.
I create clear, personalised nutrition plans, including supplements when necessary, tailored to your needs, budget, and lifestyle. My goal is to cut through myths and provide guidance to help you feel your best, enjoy real, delicious foods, and adopt habits that enhance your well-being. Consultations are conducted via one-on-one video calls

Functional Testing
Lab tests provide objective, data-driven insights into your health and physiology. They help identify underlying issues and offer scientific support for your health strategies, contributing to informed decision-making regarding nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes.
Please note that the cost of tests is separate and should be paid directly to the lab.
The Process
Goody Moody Health is dedicated to helping individuals enhance their overall well-being and improve their quality of life. The goal is to empower people with the knowledge and tools needed to address their unique health challenges, promoting vitality, mobility, and greater enjoyment in everyday living through personalised wellness programmes.
Exploring your path
Your session begins with getting to know you. My goal is to understand your unique health history, nutrition journey, exploring your food habits, lifestyle, and any challenges you may be facing. This space is designed for you to openly share how your history, lifestyle and nutrition impacts your life, allowing me to craft a personalized plan that truly supports your path to vibrant health and well-being.
Preparing for your consult
To make the most of your assessment, it’s helpful and time-efficient to complete a food, symptom, and mood journal, along with an assessment questionnaire. Tracking your meals and symptoms over the course of a week can be an invaluable tool in identifying patterns and potential triggers. Once your assessment is scheduled, we’ll provide you with a Food and Symptom Diary and Questionnaire to complete in the week prior to your appointment, ensuring we have all the insights needed to guide our discussion.
A personalized plan
Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan to help you achieve the changes you’re seeking. The plan will be practical and tailored to your needs, including meal suggestions and simple, delicious food ideas. It may also involve long-term lifestyle changes to manage symptoms or a short-term program to identify any foods that might be causing discomfort.
If any deficiencies are identified or extra support is needed, supplements may also be recommended to help you reach your health goals.
Ongoing support
My programs span on average of four months, giving you the time and support needed to build sustainable habits. This timeframe allows us to work through persistent symptoms, track progress, and make meaningful improvements to your health. With consistent guidance throughout, you’ll have the opportunity to see real, lasting results as we focus on long-term wellness.
Think of a nutrition program like going to the gym—just as you wouldn’t expect to see results after one workout, the same applies to your nutrition journey. Achieving lasting change takes consistency, patience, and time. Just as regular gym sessions build strength and endurance, a well-structured nutrition plan, followed over time, helps you form lasting habits, address symptoms, and reach your health goals.
